1. Payment Terms
1.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Tropical Temple Yoga Studio are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of teacher or instructor,

Change in class schedule or format,

Change in the client’s personal circumstances,

Illness, injury, travel, or relocation,

Dissatisfaction with class content, environment, or instruction.
1.2 Credit Policy
If the client is unable to attend classes or use a membership, the paid amount may be credited for future use at Tropical Temple Yoga Studio, subject to management approval. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
1.3 Finality of Sale
All purchases, including memberships, class packs, workshops, and events, are final. No cash refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be accepted.
2. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
2.1 Voluntary Participation
I, {name}, acknowledge that my participation in yoga classes, workshops, and any physical activities at Tropical Temple Yoga Studio is entirely voluntary.
2.2 Health Declaration
I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health, capable of safely participating in yoga and related activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns or pre-existing conditions.
2.3 Assumption of Risk
I understand that yoga involves physical movement and that participation may carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to: muscle strain, sprains, loss of balance, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that I may incur.
2.4 Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Tropical Temple Yoga Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, or damages sustained while participating in any activity, on or off the premises.
2.5 Instructor or Schedule Changes
I acknowledge that instructors and class schedules may change without notice. Such changes do not entitle me to any refund, compensation, or claim.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of Malta.
3.2 Entire Agreement
This document contains the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written statements or agreements.
3.3 Acknowledgment
By signing this document, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understood its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
