Bio:


With an outgoing, bubbly, and energetic personality, Timara brings warmth and positivity to every class she teaches. Having taught yoga for the past four years, she has developed a deep love and appreciation for the practice and the lessons it continually offers—on and off the mat. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she weaves her understanding of the mind into her approach to movement, encouraging students to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and balance. Her classes are welcoming spaces where students of all levels can explore, connect, and grow at their own pace.

Teaching Style:


Trained in Vinyasa yoga for all levels, Timara creates classes that flow intuitively between reflective and calming to energetic and challenging. She values lightheartedness in her teaching, believing that yoga should be both grounding and joyful. With a focus on mindful movement and breath, she guides students through flows designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling more at ease, more connected, and more at home in themselves.
